Select an Alternate Operation Sequence

When you click Alternate in the WIP Movement (WIPM) program, you can select a operation sequence that you identified as an alternate in the Routing Maintenance (RTM) Program. The program displays these fields:

Sel	Selected: This alternate operation sequence is selected Blank: It is not selected
Oper seq	The operation sequence
Oper cd	The operation code
Oper type	Operation type: B: Batch I: Indirect P: Purchased service R: Regular U: Unattended
Wrk ctr	The work center number used in this operation sequence
Machine	The number of the machine used for this operation sequence
Description	The description of the operation
Dept no	The department responsible for this operation sequence

Click Sel to the left of the operation sequence that you want to select. You can click Sel again to remove the selection. However, after you click Exit, you will not be able to remove the alternate operation sequence from the listed sequences.
Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Display the listing in reverse order	Click For/Rev. Click again to return the listing to its original order.
Display the previous set of records in the file	Click Page up.
Display the next set of records in the file	Click Page down.
Display operation sequences from a specific sequence	Click Restart. The program prompts Operation seq no. Enter the first operation sequence you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first operation sequence in the file.
Display all operations or only selected operations	Click Selected/All.
Exit selection mode	Click Exit. See Enter Good Pieces Completed and Scrap Parent Items. The operation you selected is added to the list of operation sequences.
