Change Tag Number Assignment

When you click the Tag assignment button in the Cycle Count Preparation (HCP) program for an existing cycle, you can change the tag number assignment.

  1. Select the tag assignment you want to change.

  2. (Optional) Click Prog opts and set your options:

    1. Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.

    2. Click Sort to set sort options.

    3. Click the Selection tab to select tag numbers, location, or status.

Select if you want to list the tag numbers as a range or leave blank if you want to list each tag number.

  1. Choose the appropriate options:

Click Detail. Click Cancel to return to this display.

Change the selected tag numbers

Click Tags and then:

Unassign

Unassign the tag

Reassign

Change the location

Back

Cancel this action.

Print the tag number listing

Click Print. See Print.

Exit this tag listing

Click Exit.
