Change a Customer Contract

Use Contract Maintenance by Customer (PCCM) review and update customer contract records. Use See Price-Contract Maintenance to create a new contract.

  1. Enter the customer number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the customer from a list.

  2. The program lists the contracts that exist for the customer:

Field Name

Display

Contract number

The number that identifies the contract

Curr

The currency used for the contract

Price br

The pricing branch

Effective

The date the contract goes into (or went into) effect

Expiration

The date the contract expires

Reference

A reference or notation made about the contract

Qty contrd

The quantity contracted

Last order

The date of the most recent order against the contract

  1. Choose the appropriate options:

Review or change a contract

Highlight the line and click Select or double click the line. See Enter a Contract.

Print the list of contracts

Click Print. See Print.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
