Print a Project Indented Cost Report

Use the Project Indented Cost Report (PMIC) program to print a report that shows the material, labor, overhead, and outside service costs for each project quantity. See Background and Road Map for more information.

  1. Set your options:

    1. Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.

    2. Click the Selection tab to select specific records.

    3. Click the Program tab to set these program specific options:

Select to print each project quantity on a new page or leave blank to print a continuous report.

Select number of levels

Required

Accept the default of 1 or enter a different number of levels that you want to report.

Include transferred projects?

Optional

Select to print transferred projects or leave blank to exclude transferred projects.

Include closed projects?

Optional

Select to print closed projects or leave blank to exclude closed projects.

Include expired projects?

Optional

Select to print expired projects or leave blank to exclude expired projects.

  1. Choose the appropriate options:

Review the report on the screen before printing

Click View. See Background for a list of what displays.

Print the report

Click Print. See Background for a list of what prints.

Note
The report prints immediately if the option Allow device override? in the Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) program is not selected.

If this option is selected, the program prompts Output device. Accept the default device that displays, which is specified in the Date-Output Device Maintenance program, or enter the name of a different device.

Save these options for future use

Click Save.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
