Display Shipment Information for an Order Line

Use the Order Line Shipment Inquiry (OSLQ) program to display the shipment for a line. See Road Map for work flow.

Alternatively, click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the type from a list.

Order number

Enter the order number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the order from a list.

Line number

Enter the number of the line you want to display.

The program displays these fields:

Field Name	Displays
Order type	The order type you entered or selected
Order number	The order number you entered or selected
Line	The line number you entered
Customer	For a sales order, the number of the customer who placed this order followed by the customer's name
Phone	For a sales order, the customer's telephone number
Customer PO	For a sales order, the customer's purchase order number

The program displays these fields for the order line:

Field Name	Displays
Shp no	The number of the shipment
Item number Description Cust item no	The item number on this line The description of the item The customer's number that is cross-referenced to this item Click Item no/Desc to switch between these fields. Click Prog opts to set which field displays first.
Exp shp	The expected ship date for this shipment
Promised	The date you promised to ship
Qty shipped	The quantity shipped
Qty open	The quantity to be shipped
Original qty	The original order quantity

To	Do This
Display shipments in reverse order	Click For/Rev. Click again to display the list in its original order.
Review your options for this program	Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.
Switch between Item number, Description, and Cust item no	Click Item no/Desc.
Display the control numbers and/or warehouse and bin location for the selected item	Click Detail. See Display Shipment Line Detail. Click Exit to return to this program.
Display tracking information for the selected shipment, if the shipment is confirmed and freight information exists	Click Track. See Display Tracking Information. Click Exit to return to this program.
Display the previous set of records in the file	Click Page up.
Display the next set of records in the file	Click Page down.
Display shipments from a specific shipment	Click Restart. The program prompts Shipment number. Enter the first shipment you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first shipment in the file.
Print the shipment listing	Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.
Exit this line	Click Exit.

To	Do This
Display the selected record	Click OK.
Display the previous record in the file	Click Prev.
Display the next record in the file	Click Next.
Exit the program	Click Exit.
