Process Selected Documents in the Queue

When you run a print queue program you can also process selected documents in the queue and change output information for a selected document. See Overview: Document Management System for more information.

  1. Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:

    1. Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.

    2. Click the Selection tab to select specific documents.

    3. (Optional) Click Save to save these options for future use.

    4. Click OK to apply these options.

  1. Click Selected queue to process the documents that meet the criteria you entered in options. The program prompts Do you want to remove all displayed records from the queue?

  2. Click Delete to remove the selected document copies or click No to retain these document copies.
