Road Map: RMA Line Inquiry
Use the RMA Line Inquiry (RMAI) program to display an RMA's repair order and credit and debit memos.
Before you run this program each time
You should run this program:

RMA Maintenance (RMA) to enter an authorization for a customer to return material.
You may also have run these programs in this sequence:

Receiver Maintenance (IRC) to receive the items into your branch, or into your stockroom if you are using direct-to-stock receiving.
OR
(Conditionally) Serialized RMA Item Receipt (IRP) to receive serial items associated with an RMA.
AND conditionally
Receiving and Inspection (IRI) to enter inspection results if items require inspection or to receive if you are using dock-to-stock receiving.

AR Invoice Register (RR) to select confirmed shipments to invoice and print the AR Invoice Register, which creates AR invoices, updates commissions, sales statistics, and the general ledger.

(Optional) Invoice Print Queue (RPPM) to process the print queue.
OR
Invoice Print (RP) to print or reprint an invoice for a specific shipment.
Before you run this program the first time
You should run these programs:

System Options Maintenance (XM) (Return Material Options) to set these options for your enterprise: Credit amt dependent on receipt qty?, Create credit memo at time of receipt?, Replacement dependent on receipt qty?, Create replacement at time of receipt?, Create RMA CM/DM when put-to-stock?, RMA Credit Memo branch, RMA Debit Memo branch, Force serial no for current item?, Force detail entryof serial no?, Allow address changes to RMA?, RMA Override branch, RMA default price code, and RMA Inspection (A=Always, I=Item, R=Rcv).

System Options Maintenance (XM) (Return Material Options) to set these options for your branch: RMA Credit Memo branch, RMA Debit Memo branch, and RMA Inspection (A=Always, I=Item, R=Rcv).

System Options Maintenance (XM) (Order Processing Options) to set the Customer surcharges active? option.

System Options Maintenance (XM) (Help and Other Path Options) to set the Image path.

(Optional) User Field Maintenance (XMO) to set up user fields for this program.

Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices you plan to use.

Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.
