Use the ECO Compliance Codes Maintenance (TECOM) program to add compliance codes that you can use for managing and implementing engineering change orders with the ECO Maintenance (ECO) program. See Background for more information.

You should run these programs:

  • Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices you plan to use.

  • Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.

  • Use the Approval Hierarchy Maintenance (APPHM) program to set up a hierarchy that determines the approval cycle for engineering change orders.

  • Use the Approvals Maintenance (APPM) program to set up approval cycles in the engineering change order approval hierarchy.

  • ECO Signoff Codes Maintenance (TESO) to enter signoff codes and descriptions.

After you run this program

You will most likely run these programs:

  • ECO Maintenance (ECO) to enter a customer or engineering project.
