Enter Export Declaration Codes

Use the Export Declaration Codes (TED) program to enter and change export declaration codes for selection in the Enterprise Item Maintenance (IM) program. See Road Map for work flow.

Harmonized tariff code

Enter the Export Control Classification Number to identify the level of export control for this code. Refer to the table issued for the United States by the Bureau of Industry and Security.

License exception

Enter the license exception code assigned to a product by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) that allows export to specified destinations without having to obtain a separate license from the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Repair harmonized tariff code

Enter the repair harmonized tariff code for this export declaration. This code is used on outbound shipment packing lists and bills of lading for repaired serial number.

Harmonization codes are printed on international shipments (i.e., when the country code in the ship-to address differs from the operator's login branch).

RMA harmonized tariff code

Enter the return material authorization tariff code for this export declaration. This code is used on RMA packing lists.

Enter the title of the approval documentation issued by an export agency authority authorizing the recipient to proceed with the export, reexport, or other regulated activity as specified on the application.
