Display Parts on Order
Use the Parts on Order Inquiry (VPI) program to display a list of purchase order lines for an item. See Road Map for work flow.
Enter the number of the item or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the item number from a list.
The programs displays the item number you selected and its description and followed by:

The branch that is stocking the item; the ship-to branch |

The cost per item |

The vendor's number for the item |

The manufacturer's ID and part number |
Verified? |
A check mark indicates the vendor agreed to a changed date; blank means the vendor has not confirmed the date change or there were no date changes |

The requisition fulfilled by the PO line |
Demand order |
The demand order linked to the purchase order line |
Choose the appropriate options:

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry. |
Display the purchase order |
Highlight a line and click Pur order. See Display a Summarized Purchase Order. Click OK to return to this program. |
Display the item's settings |
Click Item. See Display an Enterprise Item. Click OK to return to this program. |
Display total quantities ordered, received, rejected, and received to stock and subtotal amounts if you select Subtotal? for a sort option |
Click Totals. Click Totals again to redisplay details. |
Specify a different item |
Click OK. See step 1. |
Return to the menu |
Click Exit. |
Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:
Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.
Click the Sort tab to set sort order.
Click the Selection tab to select specific records.
Click the Program tab to set these program specific-options:

Click Save to save these options for future use.
Click Refresh to redisplay current options.
Click OK to apply these options or click Cancel to exit without applying them.
