Display Vendor Purchase Order Information

Use the Vendor PO Service Inquiry (VSIP) program to display PO totals and payments for a vendor for the current and the previous five months/periods and a list of POs. See Road Map for work flow.

If you accessed this program from another program, skip step 1.

  1. Enter a vendor number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the vendor from a list.

This program displays these fields:

Field Name

Displays

Vendor

The vendor number and the vendor's name

Attn

The contact name for this vendor

Phone

The contact phone number for this vendor

No/POs

The number of purchase orders entered for this vendor in the current and previous five months or periods

Total amt of POs

The total amount of the POs entered for this vendor in the current and previous five months or periods

Payments

The amount of payments made to this vendor in the current and previous five months or periods

Adjustments

The amount of adjustments made to invoices for this vendor in the current and previous five months or periods

The program displays these fields for each purchase order:

The inventory branch for the purchase order

The ship-to type:

: Vendor

Pre-tax total

The total amount of the purchase order, excluding taxes

  1. Choose the appropriate options:

Review your options for this program

Click Prog opts. See step 3.

Print the purchase order list

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Display PO details

Highlight a line and click Pur order. See Display a Summarized Purchase Order. Click Exit to return to this program.

Specify a different vendor

Click OK.

If you accessed this program from another program, you return to that program.

Exit the program

Click Exit.

  1. Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:

    1. Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.

    2. Click the Sort tab to set sort order.

    3. Click the Program tab to set these program specific options:

Exclude received POs?

Optional

Select to omit POs that have been received or leave blank to list them.

    1. Click Save to save these options for future use.

    2. Click OK to apply these options or click Cancel to exit without applying them.
