Display Vendor Purchase Order Information
Use the Vendor PO Service Inquiry (VSIP) program to display PO totals and payments for a vendor for the current and the previous five months/periods and a list of POs. See Road Map for work flow.
Note
If you accessed this program from another program, skip step 1.
Enter a vendor number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the vendor from a list.
This program displays these fields:

The contact phone number for this vendor |

The number of purchase orders entered for this vendor in the current and previous five months or periods |
Total amt of POs |
The total amount of the POs entered for this vendor in the current and previous five months or periods |
Payments |
The amount of payments made to this vendor in the current and previous five months or periods |
Adjustments |
The amount of adjustments made to invoices for this vendor in the current and previous five months or periods |
The program displays these fields for each purchase order:

Choose the appropriate options:

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry. |
Display PO details |
Highlight a line and click Pur order. See Display a Summarized Purchase Order. Click Exit to return to this program. |
Specify a different vendor |
Click OK. If you accessed this program from another program, you return to that program. |
Exit the program |
Click Exit. |
Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:
Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.
Click the Sort tab to set sort order.
Click the Program tab to set these program specific options:
