Print 1099 Tax Forms
Use the 1099 Print (N99P) program to print vendors' 1099 information on preprinted tax forms. See Background and Road Map for more information.
Set your options:
Click the Runtime tab to set Runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.
Click the Selection tab to set these options:

Select the organization or group of organizations for which to print 1099s or click the Lookup icon to select one from a list. Click Refresh to display the selected organization or org group's description. |

Accept the amount that displays, which is the lowest amount that is eligible for 1099 reporting, or enter a different amount. You set the 1099 minimum reporting amount option in the System Options Maintenance (XM) program (Accounts Payable Options). If a vendor's total 1099 payments for the year are less than this amount, the program does not print a 1099 tax form. |
