Background: Repetitive Billing Maintenance
Use the Repetitive Billing Maintenance (RBM) program to add or change a customer's repetitive billing record. See Road Map for work flow.

Active Customer
The Active? field in the Customer Maintenance (CM) program must be selected. You cannot add, change, delete, or copy repetitive billing records for an inactive customer.
Audit Trail
To activate an audit trail, select one of the files listed below in the Audit Trail Maintenance (XAT) program. The system records all transactions. You can then run the Audit Trails (ATR) program and select that file to print a report of these transactions.
