Road Map: Customer Contact Maintenance

Use the Customer Contact Maintenance (CLM) program to enter, change, copy, and delete contacts for a customer.

You should run these programs:

  • Customer Maintenance (CM) to set up customers.

  • Customer Ship-to Maintenance (CSM) to set up ship-to addresses.

  • Label Codes Maintenance (TLL) to set up label codes.

  • State Descriptions Maintenance (TSM) to enter state, county, and province descriptions.

  • Country Codes Maintenance (TCC) to set up country codes.

  • User Fields Maintenance (XMO) to create user-defined fields for this program.

  • Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.

  • Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.

After you run this program

  • Customer Contact Inquiry (CLQ) to display contacts for a customer.

  • Customer Contact Label Print (CLP) to print mailing labels.
