Display a Customer's Ship-to Addresses

Use the Customer Ship-to Inquiry (CSQ) program to display a customer's ship-to addresses. See Road Map for work flow.

  1. Enter the customer's number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the customer from a list.

  2. Choose the appropriate options:

Display a ship-to record

Highlight the ship-to that you want to display and click Select or double click the line. See Customer Ship-to Maintenance for field descriptions.

Print the ship-to listing

Click Print. See Print.

Change the primary sort column or limit the display to active ship-to addresses

Click Prog opts. The primary sort column determines the order in which records are displayed and enables you to start typing to restart the display where desired.

Specify a different customer

Click OK. See step 1.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
