Background: Financial Reports Print
Use the Financial Reports Print (GP) program to print financial reports. Each report uses a format set up in the Financial Reports Format Maintenance (GFM) program and a header set up in the Financial Reports Header Maintenance (GHH) program. See Road Map for work flow. Also see Financial Report Examples.

Organization vs. Organization Group
You can print the report for a specific organization or an organization group. If you select an organization group, the report includes a section for each organization in the group.
Note
If you print a report for a consolidation, the report is for that organization
only and not for the subsidiaries that consolidate to it. If you want
to include the subsidiary organizations, select a consolidation group
(for example, **0).
Report Options
Program options are mutually exclusive and only one should be selected.
The program processes options in the order listed below, so if you enter a list of reports, that is what you will get, even if you have a report group specified. For example, if you have a report group and a report type specified, you will only get the report group. Once the program has a group of reports to work with, it processes them; there is no consideration for a subsequent option specification.

Print Multiple Reports
You can print multiple reports at once. You can:
Select all reports for a GL organization or organization group
Enter a range of report numbers
Enter a list of reports
Print all reports in a group that you set up in the Report Group Maintenance (TORM) program
When you reference another report in a format for a report in the Financial Reports Format Maintenance (GFM) program, you must process the contributing report in the same batch as the report, and the accumulators in the contributing report must have a lower sequence number than the report.
Formats
You can print financial reports in either worksheet or pro forma format.
Pro forma format are the report types that you select in the Financial Reports Header Maintenance (GHH) program.
Worksheet format includes formatting detail, accounts, and accumulators.
Rounding & Signs
User-type reports (that allow the description to be placed in any column) respect the commas and negative signs specified in program options, however, on some reports, if in landscape mode and there is not enough room to fit 20-character numerics, the rounding is set to whole numbers, and the negative sign may be changed to a – instead of the parenthesis (report types H, I, J, or O and U if the total width of the columns is greater than 185).
File Output
When outputting a financial report to a file device, note these differences from printed output:
When the option to skip headings is on, the organization code is included in file output.
Percentages up to 9999.99 are included in file output. When printed, asterisks indicate that the percentage exceeds the maximum for the type of report.
