Create a List of Financial Reports to Print
When you click List in the Financial Reports Print (GP) program, you can input a list of reports to print in the order you input them rather than in report number order. When you exit the program, this list is deleted.
Enter data in these fields:

Enter a sequence number for the report. For example, enter 1 if you want the report to print first. |

Enter the report number you want to add to the list or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the report from a list. You can add multiple reports to a sequence number, as long as the combined sequence number and report number is an unique record. If you add multiple reports to a sequence number, the reports print in report number order. For example, if you enter sequence number 1 for reports 300, 100, and 200, the reports print in this order: 100, 200, 300. If you want to print report 300 first, report 100 second, and report 200 third, you must enter sequence number 1 for report 300, sequence number 2 for report 100, and sequence number 3 for report 200. |
Continue entering sequence numbers and report numbers, or leave blank both fields to exit add mode.
