Create a List of Items

A number of programs enable you to input a list of items that you want to process.

For example, when you click List in the Base Year Cost Update (IBCU) or click List and then select Item number in the Cycle Count Preparation (HCP) program, you can input a list of items for which you want to run these programs.

Note
For Cycle Count Preparation (HCP), the program uses only one list per cycle. Therefore, if you create both item number and planner lists, it uses the last list you create. The program does not save lists. You can use this list only for the cycle you are creating.

  1. Enter an item number you want to add to the list or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select an item number from the list that displays.

  1. Continue entering item numbers or leave the Item number field blank to exit add mode.

  2. Choose the appropriate options:

Do This

Add another item number

Click Add.

Delete the selected item number

Click Delete. See Delete.

Print the list

Click Print. See Print.

Exit the list

Click Exit. The program returns to the program options.

Exit and return to print options

Click Quit. The program returns to the print options.
