Background: Inventory Listing

Use the Inventory Listing (IL) program to print a listing of inventory items. See Road Map for work flow.

The listing includes this information:

  • Branch

  • Item number

  • Description

  • Xref

  • Engineering drawing number

  • Stocking unit of measure

  • M/B/K: How you acquire or sell this item
    B: Buy the item
    K: Sell as a kitted item
    M: Make (manufacture) the item

  • Product class

  • Item type based on order and bypass codes you entered in Enterprise Item Maintenance. See Item Types.

  • ABC class

  • Order code

  • Product subclass

  • Whether this is controlled item:
    S: Serial number control
    M: Lot number control
    N: Not controlled by serial or lot number

  • Current engineering change level

  • Bypass code

  • Inventory account code

  • Whether the item is controlled by warehouse and bin location

  • Production bill engineering change level (i.e., the last ECL of the bill of material level created in Bill of Material Maintenance)

  • Low level code

  • Build time

  • Floor stock code:
    0: Not floor stock
    1: Floor stock

  • Routing revision level

  • Item code

  • Whether or not the item requires inspection

  • Country of origin

  • Primary warehouse

  • Primary bin location
