Display Manufacturing Work in Process

When you click Mfg and then Mfg WIP in the Inventory Status Inquiry (ISQ) program, the program displays manufacturing orders that use this item. This listing includes orders that have been picked.

The program displays these fields:

Displays

Mfg order no

The number of a manufacturing order

Qty required

The quantity required to build the parent item for this manufacturing order

Qty picked

The quantity that has been picked

Qty needed

The quantity remaining to be picked

Qty consumed

The quantity that has been used in the manufacturing process, either to build completed items or normal scrap: Quantity per parent assembly x (Parent quantity received + Parent quantity scrapped)

Qty scrapped

The quantity of this component that has been scrapped

Qty in WIP

The quantity of this component that is in work in process:
Quantity picked - Quantity consumed

Parent/Phantom item

The parent or phantom that uses this component

Parent/Phantom description

The description of the parent or phantom

Part des

The identifier your company uses to distinguish multiple occurrences of a component in the same bill of material

ECL

The engineering change level for the parent

Component due

The date this component is required to build the parent

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.

Print the listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Go to a related program

Click Jump. See Jump.

Display totals only; subtotals if you selected Subtotal? for a sort option

Click Totals. Click Totals again to redisplay details.

Display material usage for an order

Highlight the line and click Supply. See Display Components on a Manufacturing Order. Click OK to return to this program.

Display the demand order for an order

Highlight the line and click Demand. See Display a Summarized Sales Order. Click OK to return to this program.

Return to the previous screen

Click OK. See Display Inventory Status.

Specify a different item

Click Quit.
