Display Control/Location Details for Transfers

When you drill to a transfer line's location or control details (e.g., by clicking Lines and then Ctrl info in the Branch Transfer Inquiry), the transfer number, line number and shipping branch display, followed by these fields:

Field Name	Displays
Control no	The serial or lot numbers for the item
Wh	The warehouse from which this item was obligated
Bin loc	The bin location from which this item was obligated
Rcv br	The branch to receive this item
Qty obligated	The quantity assigned to this transfer
Qty shipped	The quantity that shipped
Rcvd to stock	The quantity that the receiving branch has received

Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Display a control number or location	Highlight the line and click Select or double click the line.
Print the control number listing	Click Print. See Print.
Return to the previous screen	Click OK.
Specify a different transfer number	Click Quit. See Display a Branch Transfer.

The program displays these fields:

Field Name	Displays
Transfer number	The number for this transfer
Line number	The line on the transfer
Shipping branch	The branch that shipped the item
Control number	The serial or lot number for this item
Warehouse code	The warehouse from which this item was obligated
Bin location	The bin location from which this item was obligated
Receiving branch	The branch that received this item
Qty obligated	The quantity assigned to this transfer
Qty shipped	The quantity that shipped
Qty rcvd to stk	The quantity that the receiving branch has received to stock

Choose the appropriate options:

Return to the previous screen	Click OK.
Specify a different transfer number	Click Quit. See Display a Branch Transfer.
