Display History of a Control Number
Use the Controlled Item Inquiry (MCHI) program to display transactions for a serial or lot control number. See Road Map for work flow.
Enter the serial or lot control number that you want to display or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the item number from a list.
The program displays these fields:

The number of the item to which this lot or serial number is assigned |
Description |
The description of the item |
Trans date |
The date on which the transaction occurred |
Trans qty |
The quantity for this transaction |
Order no |
The order or adjustment number |
Type |
A code that identifies the type of transaction |
Service agreement |
The service agreement number assigned to this control number |
Customer name |
The customer name if the transaction is a sales order. |
Shelf life exp |
The date this lot/serial number expires based on its shelf life code (defined in Shelf Life Codes Maintenance) |

Display a transaction |
Highlight a line and click Order or double click the line. Click OK to return to this program. |
Specify a different control number |
Click OK. |
Exit the program |
Click Exit. |
