Create Multiple Planned Orders
When you select a planned order and click Multi orders in Planned Order Maintenance, you can create multiple planned orders for the item.
Enter data in these fields:

Enter the number of orders (1 to 999) that you want to create when you copy this order. The program adds the newly-created orders to the end of the listing. |

Enter the number of calendar (not shop calendar) days between order due dates or accept 0 if you are going to enter a Specific day of month. |

If you did not enter a Number of days between lines, enter a specific date (for example, 15 for the 15th day of the month) to assign each new line that due date. The program sets the date of the first line created to this date beginning with next month. |

Select to copy notes associated with the original order or leave blank to exclude them when you copy the order. |

Select the date of the first copied order, enter a date shortcut, or to use your entry in the Number of days between or Specific day of month fields. |
Click OK to confirm your entries and add the orders or click Cancel to end this action. The program adds the new orders and returns to the list of orders in Planned Order Maintenance,
