Display Tool Availability
Use the Tool Availability (MTAI) program to display upcoming tool requirements based on released manufacturing orders. See Overview: Tool Tracking and Road Map for work flow.
The program displays these fields:

The tool's item number |

The tool's serial number |
Rem life % |
The percentage amount of life expectancy remaining to date |
Warning |
The warning percentage threshold |

The release due date |

The tool's classification |
(Optional) Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:
Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.
Click the Sort tab to set sort order.
Click the Selection tab to select specific records.
Click the Program tab to set this program specific option:

Enter a percentage to display only tools at this tool life warning percentage or below. |
Click Save to save these options for future use.
Click OK to apply these options or click Cancel to exit without applying them.
