Display Pricing History by Item

Use the Pricing History by Item (PHQ) program to display pricing history by item to determine the lowest price any customer has paid. See Road Map for work flow.

  1. Enter the item number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the item from a list.

    The program displays these fields:

Field Name

Displays

Cust no

The number of the customer who ordered this item

Order no

The number of the associated order

Qty ordered

The quantity of the item that was ordered

Ordered

The date the item was ordered

Price method

The pricing method:
List
: Calculated from the list price
Cost +
: Calculated from the cost (cost plus)
Margin
: A markup that is added to the cost (margin)

Current price

The selling price of this item (i.e., from the sales order line)

Calculated price

The calculated price of this item

Ovrd?

Blank if the pricing routine returned this price; a check mark indicates that the order entry operator overrode the calculated price

Customer

The name of a customer who ordered this item

Line

The order line number for this item

Seq

The unique sequence number for this item

Date/Time stamp

The system date/time the price record was created

Base price

The base price for this item

Adjust amount

The adjustment amount

Discount amount

The calculated discount amount per unit

Contract used

The customer pricing contract this item was purchased against

User name

The name of the person that entered the order

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.

Print the order listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Display an order line

Highlight a line and click Order line or double click the line. See Display Sales Order Line Details. Click OK to return to this program.

Display pricing structure for this item

Click Price rec. See Display a Price Record. Click OK to return to this program.

Specify a different item

Click OK. See step 1.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
