Road Map: ECO Print Queue
Use the ECO Print Queue (ECOLPM) program to process the queue for engineering change orders, process selected change orders in the queue, and change output information for a change order list. See Overview: Document Management System for more information.
Before you run this program each time
You should run this program:
(Optional) Project Maintenance (PSM) to enter a customer, items, bill of material, routing, project quantities, and roll up costs. Click Print and then Customer to output a Customer Project Estimate.
ECO Maintenance (ECO) to enter, change, or close engineering change orders.
ECO Approval Inquiry (APPCQ) to display the status of engineering change orders that require approval.
ECO Implementation Approval Inquiry (APPLQ) to display the status of engineering change order implementations that require approval.
Approvals Signoff (APPV) program to approve transactions that require your approval.
Before you run this program the first time
You should run these programs:
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Enterprise Options) to enter the Default system email domain.
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Enterprise Options) to select a date display format for your enterprise, Branch Maintenance (TBM) to select a date display format for your branch, or User Maintenance (UIM) to select a date display format for an individual user.
Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.
Document Output Parameters Maintenance (TDOC) to set whether to output this document immediately or queue it, how many copies to output to which devices, recipient type,, and whether to include a header image, the document's ISO number, and boiler plate text.
User Maintenance (UIM) to set up user IDs.
Branch Maintenance (TBM) to set up branches.
Branch Groups Maintenance (TGM) to set up branch groups.
(Optional) Audit Trail Maintenance (XAT) to activate system logging of entries and changes.
After you run this program
You should run these programs:
(Optional) Audit Trails (ATR) to print an audit trail report.
(Optional) Document History Purge (PDX) program to purge document history detail.
