Set RMA Serial Number Receipt Options

Use the User Options Maintenance (UOPT) program to set options that determine how a program runs for all users of the program, for all users at a branch, or for specific users.

  1. Set these options for RMA Serial Number Receipt (IRP):

Action / Description
Email CSR? Optional Select if you want an email sent to the customer service representative when invalid serial numbers are entered.
Label program to run Optional Enter the name of the program set up in Label Program Maintenance (TDLM) for RMA Serial Number Receipt (IRP).
Label device Conditionally required If you specified a label program, you must also enter a valid device to which labels will be printed.

Note: Save options is automatically selected.
