Background: Web / Mobile User Maintenance
Use the Web / Mobile User Maintenance (XUIM) program to add web or mobile device users, create sign-ons, and set up user profiles for web and mobile applications. See Road Map for work flow.
E-Business
PowerShift web applications provide a business-to-business connection so that your sales agents and customers can get product and account information any time day or night. Your customers, sales agents, and sales managers sign in to PowerShift via a web browser. Access to web functions is controlled by user. Multiple web users can be set up for each customer with access to their unique set of data and with all or a subset of web functions available. For example, a customer might have multiple web users that can view the status of current orders, but only one that can submit orders.
Once signed in, they can check pricing and availability, enter and submit sales quotes and orders, view current order status, track orders and shipments, review invoices, and see payment information.
Mobile App
Qantel's Mobile App enables you to run PowerShift reports and inquiries and execute Report Generator (RPG) reports on demand mobile devices. User profiles control the interaction between PowerShift and mobile devices.
Audit Trail
To activate an audit trail, select one of the files listed below in the Audit Trail Maintenance (XAT) program. The system records all transactions. You can then run the Audit Trails (ATR) program and select that file to print a report of these transactions.
