Road Map: Web / Mobile User Maintenance

Use the Web / Mobile User Maintenance (XUIM) program to add web or mobile device users, create sign-ons, and set up user profiles for web and mobile applications. See Background for more information.

You should run these programs:

  • Branch Maintenance (TBM) to set up branches.

  • Branch Groups Maintenance (TGM) to set up branch groups.

  • Customer Maintenance (CM) to set up customer records.

  • Vendor Maintenance (VM) to set up vendor records.

  • Audit Trail Maintenance (XAT) to activate logging of additions, changes, and deletions made with this program.

  • Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.

  • Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.

  • Web Property Maintenance (XPROPM) to set up parameters for web users.

  • Mobile App Maintenance (XMAJOB) to set up menus, reports and inquiries for mobile app users.

After you run this program

You will most likely run these programs:

  • Audit Trails (ATR) print a report that shows additions, changes, and deletions made with this program.
