Add a Standard Special Instruction

Use the Special Instructions Maintenance (TSIM) program to add and delete standard special instructions used on transfers, customer orders, shipments and RMAs.

Click Add if any standard special instructions exist. The program prompts Special Instructions.
Enter a unique special instruction (42 alphanumeric characters maximum).
Choose the appropriate options when you click OK or Cancel:

There is no maintenance option. To effect a change, enter instructions and delete erroneous record(s).

To	Do This
Add another standard special instruction	Click Add.
Delete the selected special instruction	Click Delete. See Delete.
Display special instructions from a specified entry	Click Restart. The program prompts Special instruction. Enter the starting portion of the first instruction you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first record in the file.
Print the standard special instruction listing	Click Print. See Print.
Display the previous set of records in the file	Click Page up.
Display the next set of records in the file	Click Page down.
Exit the program	Click Exit.
