Create a List of Receivers

If you click List in the Receiver Print (VRP) program, you can create a list of receivers that are not sequentially numbered. If you click Add in the Receiver Print Queue (VRPPM) program, you can add a list of receivers to the queue.

Enter the receiver number that you want to print or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the receiver from a list.

Press F10 to display the list of receivers.
Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Add another receiver	Click Add.
Delete a selected receiver	Click Delete. See Delete.
Display receivers from a specific receiver number	Click Restart. The program prompts Receiver number. Enter the first receiver you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first receiver in the file.
Print the receiver list	Click Print. See Print.
Display the previous set of records in the file	Click Page up.
Display the next set of records in the file	Click Page down.
Exit the list and return to options or add these receivers to the queue	Click Exit.
Exit the list and click Print or exit without adding to the queue	Click Quit.
