Enter Blanket Order Lines

When you click Copy/Blanket then click Blanket in PO Maintenance, the Copy Blanket Order Lines popup window displays the PO number, PO line number, date wanted, item number, and item description.

  1. Enter or change data in these fields:

Enter the number of lines (1 to 900) that you want to create when you copy this line. The program adds the newly-created lines to the end of the order.

Number of days between lines

Enter the number of calendar (not shop calendar) days between line due dates or accept 0 if you are going to enter a Specific day of month.

Specific day of month

If you did not enter a Number of days between lines, enter a specific day (for example, 15 for the 15th day of the month) to assign each new line that due date. The program sets the date of the first line created to this date beginning with next month.

Copy notes and user flds?

Select to copy notes and active user fields associated with the original line or leave blank to exclude them from the new line(s).

Select the date to use for the first copied line, enter a date shortcut, or leave blank to use your entry in the Number of days between lines or Specific day of month fields.

Click OK. The new lines are created and displayed when the program returns to the list of PO lines.

Return to the PO line without copying it

Click Cancel. The program returns to the PO line.
