Cost Performance
The program compares standard unit cost with the vendor’s quoted cost on the purchase order and actual cost on the vendor’s invoice. In addition, the program calculates the variance percent from standard unit cost.
Delivery Performance
The program compares the vendor's promised date with the date received and computes the (calendar) days early or late. In addition, it calculates the percent of units that were late.
Quality Performance
The program compares the quantity received with the quantity rejected during inspection. In addition, it calculates the percent of units that were rejected.
