Display Invoices for a 1099 Vendor

Use the 1099 Inquiry (N99Q) program to display invoices for a 1099 tax-type vendor. See Road Map for work flow.

  1. Enter the vendor number or click Lookup and use the standard lookup options to select the vendor from a list.

    The program displays these fields:

Invoice number

The invoice number

Invoice date

The date the invoice was entered

Invoice amount

The invoice amount

1099 report amt

The invoice amount eligible for 1099 withholding

Payment no

The number of the check for the selected invoice
[Payment type]/[Number] for an alternate payment

1099 pay amt

Total check amount for this vendor

Pmt date

The date of the check for this invoice

Payment amount

Total payment amount for this vendor

Void?

Y: This check was voided

You must select the Include voided check information? Program option to display voided checks.

  1. Optional) Click Prog opts to review your options. To change them:

    1. Click the Runtime tab to set runtime options. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.

    2. Click the Sort tab to set sort order.

    3. Click the Selection tab to select specific records.

    4. Click the Program tab to set these program specific options:

Select to display fully paid invoices that have been moved to history with the AP Transaction Archive (NEX) program or leave blank to omit them.

Include voided check information?

Select to display checks that have been voided or leave blank to omit them.

    1. Click Save to save these options for future use.

    2. Click OK to apply these options or click Cancel to exit without applying them.

Review your options for this program

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.

Print the invoice listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Display only the total 1099 check amount and subtotal amounts if you select Subtotal? for a sort option.

Click Totals. Click Totals again to restore the detail display.

Display invoices for the selected transaction

Click Invoice. See Vendor Invoice Inquiry. Click OK to return to this program.

Display payments for the selected transaction

Click Payment. See Payment Inquiry. Click OK to return to this program.

Exit this vendor

Click Exit.

  1. When you click Exit, enter another vendor number of exit the program.
