Display a Customer's Deposits
Use the Customer Deposit Inquiry (RDQ) program to display a customer's deposits. See Background and Road Map for more information.
Enter the customer's number, enter the customer's AR consolidation parent, or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the customer from a list.
The program displays these fields:

Select the deposit and click Select to display these fields:

The amount applied to an imported order or sales quote with the EDI/Sales Quote Maintenance (QOE) program |
Applied directly to invoices |
The amount applied directly to invoices with the Cash Receipts Entry (RCE) program |
Applied to AR adjustments |
The amount of a deposit adjustment made with the AR Adjustments Entry (RB) program |
Customer number |
The customer's number |
Cash/deposit acct |
The account to which the deposit was recorded |
Cash/deposit org |
The organization code for the account and deposit |
Currency |
The code of the currency used for this deposit |
Reference |
The reference entered for the deposit, which may be the check number |
Choose the appropriate options:

Click Applications. See Display Deposit Detail. Click Exit to return to this program. This button is available only if you have applied all or part of the deposit. |

Click Quit. |
Choose the appropriate options when you click OK:

Click Restart. The program prompts Deposit number. Enter the first deposit you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first deposit in the file. |
Print the deposit listing |
Click Print. See Print. |
Display the previous set of records in the file |

Display the next set of records in the file |
Click Page down. |
Exit this customer |
Click Exit. |
Choose the appropriate options when you click Exit:
