Use the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program to display statistics for sales, shipping, inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. See Background for more information.

If no data displays, EIS Calculation (EMX) to calculate statistics for Executive Information Summary, including AR, Purchasing, AP, GL, Shipment, Mfg Order, Inventory, Receiving, Requisition, and Requisition History statistics.
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Executive Information Options) to set the Use date P=Promised or W=Wanted and Sales based on O=Order or S=System date options.
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Statistics Period Descriptions) to set the Period Desc 1 - 13 option.
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Accounts Receivable Options) to define the AR aging category 1-6 and Aging category title 1 - 6 options.
System Options Maintenance (XM) (Inventory Control Options) to set the Inventory interfaced to GL? option.
User Fields Maintenance (XMO) to set up user fields for this program.
Accounting Period Maintenance (GDM) to set up period-ending dates for accounting periods and years.
Currency Codes Maintenance (TCU) to set up currency codes and enter exchange rates if you activated the multi-currency feature.
Branch Maintenance (TBM) to set up branches.
Branch Groups Maintenance (TGM) to set up branch groups. However, the system creates the *E branch group for you.
GL Account Maintenance (GMM) to set up GL organization codes and set the Subtype field that determines which category of general ledger statistics updates when there is a net change to that account.
OR
Set GL Account Subtypes (GLSET) to set the Subtype field for GL accounts when you convert from QMRP to the PowerShift Enterprise System.
Organization Groups Maintenance (TOGM) to set up organization groups. If you do not have a single consolidation, you may want to create an organization group that includes all organizations.
Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.
Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.
