Display Manufacturing Order Costs

When you click Mfg orders in the Executive Information Summary (EIS) program, select Variance to standard, and click Detail, these fields display for orders that have been received into inventory:

The manufacturing branch for this order

Mfg order no

The number of this manufacturing order

Parent item no

Number of the parent item

ECL

Engineering Change Level for the item

RRL

Routing Revision Level for the order

Date compl

Date the manufacturing order was received into inventory

Due date

The due date for this manufacturing order

Actual cost

The total actual costs to date for this manufacturing order

Standard cost

The total standard cost of this manufacturing order based on the standard unit cost at the time the order was released: Quantity ordered x Standard unit cost

Variance

Actual cost - Standard cost

Description

Review your options for this inquiry

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for the Manufacturing Order Cost Inquiry.

Print the manufacturing order listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Go to a related program

Click Jump. See Jump.

Display the total actual cost, standard cost, and variance

  1. Click Totals.

  2. Click Print totals to print them or click Exit to continue.

Display cost details for the selected manufacturing order

Click Order. See Display Manufacturing Order Costs. Click Exit to return to this program.

Display the demand order, if there is one, for the selected manufacturing order

Click Demand. See Display a Summarized Sales Order. Click Exit to return to this program.

Return to the Manufacturing Statistics screen

Click OK. See Display Manufacturing Statistics.

Exit and return to the menu

Click Quit.
