GL Account Maintenance (GMM) to set up GL organizations and GL accounts.

GL User Maintenance (GUIM) to add GL users and give them access or restrict them from accessing specific accounts.

Audit Trail Maintenance (XAT) to activate system logging of entries and changes.

Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.

Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.

Financial Reports Header Maintenance (GHH) to set up headers for financial reports.

Financial Reports Print (GP) to print financial reports based on the headers, formats, and parameters set up in the Financial Reports Header Maintenance and Financial Reports Format Maintenance programs.
