Display Manufacturing Usage

When you click Demand and then Mfg usage or Mfg and then Mfg usage in the Inventory Status Inquiry (ISQ) program (alternatively click Branch, select a branch, click Committed and Mfg usage), the program displays these fields for manufacturing orders on which this item is a component and has not been picked:

The number of the manufacturing order that uses this component

Qty required

The quantity for this manufacturing order

Qty obligated

The quantity assigned to this manufacturing order

Qty in picking

The quantity obligated but not yet picked

Qty picked

The quantity that has been picked

Qty needed

The quantity remaining to be picked

Due date

The due date of this manufacturing order

Order picked

The date the order was picked

Part des

The part designator used on the bill of material for this component

Mfg br

The manufacturing branch

Parent/Phantom item

The parent or phantom that uses this component

Parent/Phantom drescription

The description of the parent or phantom

ECL

The engineering change level for the parent

Component due

The date this component is required to build the parent

Print the manufacturing order listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Go to a related program

Click Jump. See Jump.

Display totals and subtotals only

Click Totals. Click Totals again to redisplay details.

Display work in process information for an order

Highlight the line and click Detail. See Display Work in Process Information. Click OK to return to this program.

Display an order

Highlight the line and click Supply. See Display Components on a Manufacturing Order. Click OK to return to this program.

Display the demand order an order

Highlight the line and click Demand. See Display a Summarized Sales Order. Click OK to return to this program.

Return to the previous screen

Click OK. See Display Inventory Commitments.

Specify a different item

Click Quit. See Display Inventory Status.
