Add a Crew List

Use the Crew List Maintenance (LTEC) program to add and delete crew lists and replace a crew leader. See Background and Road Map for more information.

Note
Crew leaders and members must be assigned to the same shift.

  1. Select a shift as set up in the Labor Collection Shift Codes Maintenance (LLZ) program.

  2. Enter an employee number (10 alphanumeric maximum) designated as a crew leader or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select an employee from a list.

    Note

    An employee with a class of "machine" can not be a crew leader or a crew member. If you are replacing a crew leader see Replace a Crew Leader.

  1. (Optional / Conditional) Enter the crew leader to be replaced or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the name from a list.

  2. Enter a crew member name or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the name from a list.

  3. Repeat step 4 to complete the crew list.

  4. Press Enter to display the member list.

Add another crew member

Click Add.

Delete the selected crew member from the list

Click Delete. See Delete.

Display records from a specific crew member

Click Restart. the program prompts Crew member. Enter the member number you want to display or leave the field blank to begin the display with the first shift record in the file.

Print the crew listing

Click Print. See Print.

Display the previous set of records in the file

Click Page up.

Display the next set of records in the file

Click Page down.

Delete the crew list

Click Disband.

Exit the listing

Click Exit.

  1. Choose the appropriate options when you click OK:

Display the next record in the file

Click Next.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
