Control Detail for Crib Tool Items

When you click Detail in the Tool Crib Maintenance (MTM) program, you can display or enter detail for a controlled tool crib item. The program displays these fields:

Serial number

The serial number of the crib tool item

The code of the warehouse where this item is stocked

Bin loc

The primary bin location of this item

Status

The tool's status description:
I: In stock
L: Taken out of inventory
M: Morgued
U: Issued to a work center

This field is active if the field interval type is set to T = Time.

The user ID of the person who last modified this tool

The user's terminal identifier

Remaining life

The percentage of the tool's life expectancy remaining

Consumed life

The amount of the Life expectancy consumed to-date in hours and minutes (updated only if the interval type is time-based)

Consumed actions

The total number of actions performed with this tool to date (updated if the interval type is operation-based)

Apply changes

Click Apply.

Delete a saved record

Click Delete.

Display control number detail

Click Detail. See Display Control Number Activity. Click Exit to return to this program.

Associate this tool with a work center

Click Work Centers. See Associate a Tool with a Work Center.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
