Change a Price Record

Use the Price-Contract Maintenance (PCM) program to enter, change, copy, and delete price records. See Background and Road Map for more information.

  1. Click Prices. The program displays pricing methods set up in the Price Hierarchy Maintenance (PHM) program.

  2. Select the pricing method for the record you want to change and click OK.

    The program displays existing price records for this type:

Customer type
Cust price cls
Item number
Product class
Product subclass
Item price class

The field(s) displayed depend on how the hierarchy was set up in Price Hierarchy Maintenance (PHM).

The branch that set up this pricing

UOM

The sales unit of measure

Curr

The currency for this pricing

Effective

The date this pricing became effective

Expiration

The date this pricing expires

  1. Choose from the following options:

Add a price record

Click Add. See Enter a Price Record.

Delete the selected price record

Click Delete. See Delete.

Copy the selected price record

Click Copy. See Copy a Price Record.

Display or change a price record

Highlight the line you want to change and click Select or double click the line. Enter the correct data. See Enter a Price Record for field descriptions.

Print the price record listing

Click Print. See Print.

Change the primary sort column

Click Prog opts.

The Number of lines per screen limits the number of pricing records displayed.

The Primary sort column determines the order in which records are displayed and enables you to start typing to restart the display where desired.

Return to the list of pricing types

Click OK.
