Print Contract Records

Use the Price-Contract Inquiry (PCQ) program to display price, discount, contract, and surcharge records and print contract records. See Road Map for work flow.

  1. Click Contracts.

  2. Select the type of the contract record you want to change and click Select. The program displays this information for existing contracts:

Field Name

Displays

Customer
Cust price cls
Customer type

The number of the customer for this contract
The customer price class to which this contract applies
The customer type to which this contract applies

Contract no

The number assigned to the contract

Currency

The currency for this contract

Pricing branch

The branch that set up this contract

Effective date

The date this contract became effective

Exp date

The date this contract expires

Reference

The user initials or a code your company uses for the person or department that requested or entered this contract.

  1. Select the first contract that you want to print and click Print.

  2. Accept the displayed contract number, enter a different number as the first contract in the range, or clear to print from the first contract number in the file and press Enter.

  3. Enter the last contract number in the range or leave blank to print all contracts to the last contract number in the file and press Enter. The program prompts Correct?

  4. Press Enter to accept this range, enter N to change the range, or enter E to end this action. When you press Enter, the program prompts Include contract item detail?

  5. Click Yes to print item information (item number, unit of measure, contract price (not full pricing)) or click No to print only contract header information (contract number, customer, currency, pricing branch, effective date, and unit of measure).

  6. Choose the appropriate options when you click OK or Cancel:

Display the selected contract

Click Select.

Display contracts from a specific contract number

Click Restart. The program prompts Customer and Contract number. Enter the first customer and contract you want to display or leave blank to display the first contract in the file.

Print a listing of contracts

Click Print.

Display the previous set of records in the file

Click Page up.

Display the next set of records in the file

Click Page down.

Exit the program

Click Exit.

Exit and return to the menu

Click Quit.
