Display Components of a Configured Product

When you click Line and then Component in the Sales Order Line Inquiry (OIQ) program, the program displays information about the selected line at the top of the display:

Field Name	Displays
Order number	The number of the sales order that you are displaying
Line number	The line on this sales order
Configured product	The configured product ordered
Description	The description of the configured product

These fields are listed for each component:

The item number of the component

The description of the component

Original qty

The quantity of this component that the customer ordered

Qty obligated

The quantity that has been obligated

Qty in picking

The quantity that is being picked

Qty shipped

The quantity that has been shipped

Qty open

The quantity that has not been shipped

Qty on hand

The quantity that is on hand

A check mark indicates that this is a non-stock item

Y	This standard component prints on sales and shipping documents
N	This non-standard component does not print
P	This standard component prints on sales and shipping documents
M	This standard component does not print

Stk UOM

The component's stocking unit of measure

The primary warehouse where this component is stocked

Bin loc

The primary bin location where this component is stocked of this component

Selling price

The price for this component on the sales order line

Sts

Mfg: A manufacturing order has been released
Obl: This component is obligated
Ord: This component is not obligated
Pck: The component has been picked

Part des

The identifier your company uses to distinguish multiple occurrences of a component in the same bill of material

Parent item no

The item number of this component's parent

Parent description

The description of the parent item

Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Display serial numbers and/or warehouse/bin locations for a controlled component	Highlight the line and click Detail or double click the line. See Display Detail for Controlled Components. Click OK to return to this program.
Display the inventory status of a component	Highlight the line and click Inv sts. See Inventory Status Inquiry. Click OK to return to this program.
Print the component listing	Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.
Exit the component list of this configured product	Click OK. See Sales Order Line Details.
Specify a different order number	Click Quit. See Display a Summarized Sales Order.
