System Options Maintenance (XM) (Enterprise Options) to set the Prompt date/output device during login? option and select a date display format for your enterprise. Alternatively, Branch Maintenance (TBM) to select a date display format for your branch or User Maintenance (UIM) to select a date display format for an individual user.

Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.

User Maintenance (UIM) to set up a user and select a default printer.
