Road Map: Miscellaneous Charge Codes Maintenance

Use the Miscellaneous Charge Codes Maintenance (TMSM) program to add, change, copy, and delete codes that you can associate with sales orders and RMAs. See Background for more information.

Before you run this program the first time

You should run these programs:

  • System Options Maintenance (XM) (Purchasing Options) to select the Material review board active? option.

  • Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices you plan to use.

  • Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.

  • Posting Criteria Maintenance (XPC) to set up criterion for posting by miscellaneous codes in the AR Invoice Register (RR) program.

After you run this program

You will most likely run this program:

  • Freight Codes Maintenance (TFP) to select miscellaneous charge codes for freight codes.
