Use the Special Packaging Codes Maintenance (TSPM) program to add, change, copy, and delete special packaging codes. Packaging codes can be used to create a miscellaneous charge to account for extra weight due to additional crating, pallets, etc. typically associated with international shipments. Estimated Order Weight

The weight adder is applied to the total item total item weight to arrive at an estimated order weight including additional packaging required for the shipment. Additional packaging can include pallets, crates, etc.

Default Miscellaneous Charge Code

A miscellaneous charge can be defaulted on the order to enable charges for added packaging to be automated.
