Display Control Information for a Receiver

When you click Detail in the Receiver Inquiry (IRCQ) program, the program displays the receiver number, receiver line, item number and item description.

For each control number or location, these details are listed:

Field Name	Displays
Rcv branch	The branch that received this item
Control no	The control number for this item
Range	*: There is a range of control numbers for this item Click Serial no to display the control numbers in the range.
Wh	The warehouse location of this item
Bin loc	The bin location of this item
Qty received	The quantity received into the branch, warehouse/bin location, or lot; if this is a serially controlled item, the quantity is 1
Qty rejected	The quantity that did not pass inspection
Qty stocked	The quantity received into inventory in the stocking unit of measure; this quantity can differ from the Qty received if you are using dock-to-stock receiving or some are awaiting inspection
Shelf life exp	The date this lot/serial number expires based on its shelf life code (defined in Shelf Life Codes Maintenance)

Choose the appropriate option:

To	Do This
Display a control number or location	Highlight a line and click Select or double click the line. See step 2.
Display control numbers and locations from a specific number or location	Click Restart. The program prompts Receiving branch, Control number, Warehouse code, and Bin location. Enter the first branch and control number you want to display or leave all fields blank to begin the display with the first record in the file.
Print the control number and location listing	Click Print. See Print.
Return to the program from which you opted to see control number detail	Click OK.
Exit to the menu.	Click Quit.

The program displays these fields:

Field Name	Displays
Receiver number	The receiver you selected
Receiver line	The receiver line you selected
Receiving branch	The branch that received the item
Control number	The item's lot or serial number
Item number	The number of this item
Qty received	The quantity received into the branch, warehouse/bin location, or lot; if this is a serially controlled item, the quantity is 1
Qty rejected	The quantity rejected during inspection
Qty stocked	The quantity received into inventory in the stocking unit of measure; this quantity can differ from the Qty received if you are using dock-to-stock receiving or some are awaiting inspection
Status	S: Stocked U: Update complete

Choose the appropriate option:

To	Do This
Display the selected control number or location	Click Select.
Displays changes made to this receiver line	Click Audit. See Display an Audit Trail. Note This button displays only if you have activated audit trail logging in the Audit Trail Maintenance (XAT) program.
Return to the list of control numbers	Click OK.
Return to the receiver line	Click Exit.
Exit to the menu	Click Quit.
