Remove Consumables
When you select the CON issue/adjustment type in the Material Issues and Adjustments (IMI) program, you can reduce inventory of items you consume but do not track.
The program displays these fields:

Click Sel to the left of the branch, serial number, lot, or warehouse/bin location that you want to consume.
OR
Click Sel to the left of a lot or location, click Modify, and enter a quantity that is less than the quantity requested.
Choose the appropriate options:

Click Restart. The program prompts Branch, Control number, Warehouse code, and Bin location. Enter the branch and first number you want to display or leave all fields blank to begin the display with the first record in the file. |
Display all records or only selected records |
Click Selected/All. |
Select less than the requested quantity from a lot or location |
Click Modify. |
Accept the selection and exit |
Click Exit. |
The program displays issues and adjustments at the bottom of the screen. The display includes the line number, branch, item number and description, quantity issued/adjusted, and the new on-hand quantity after the adjustment.
The program prompts Line number.
Enter another adjustment or clear the Line number field to exit.
Choose the appropriate options when you leave the field blank:

Highlight the line and click Select or double click the line. If the item is controlled, click Detail to see control numbers issued/adjusted. See Display Control Information for an Issue or Adjustment. |

Click Register to print the Inventory Adjustment Register for this batch or choose the appropriate options when you click Exit:
