Display Sales Order Quantities

When you click Demand and then Sls order in the Inventory Status Inquiry (ISQ) program (alternatively, click Branch, select a branch, and click Committed and Sls order), the program displays these fields:

The number of the sales order

Ln

The line number on the sales order

Cust no

The number of the customer for this order

Customer name

The name of the customer for this order

Exp shp

The date this order is expected to ship

Shp br

The branch that will ship this order

Orig qty

The quantity that this customer ordered

Qty open

The quantity not shipped: Orig qty - Qty shipped

Qty obligated

The quantity obligated to this order

Qty shpd

The quantity shipped on this order

Ln prty

The priority assigned to this sales order line

City

The city where this customer is located

Sup order no

The associated supply order number

Sup type

The type of supply order:
MFG
: Manufacturing order
P/O
: Purchase order
REQ
: Requisition
TRN
: Transfer

Review your options for this program

Click Prog opts. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries.

Print the listing

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Go to a related program

Click Jump. See Jump.

Display subtotals and totals only

Click Totals. Click Totals again to redisplay details.

Display the supply order for the selected order

Click Supply. The program drilled to depends on the type of supply:

Click OK to return to this program

Display the selected order

Click Demand. See Display a Summarized Sales Order. Click OK to return to this program.

Return to the previous screen

Click OK. See Display Inventory Commitments.

Specify a different item number

Click Quit. See Display Inventory Status.
